Shaved Ice
Shaved Ice, our pilot business, has grown to be a successful and fun venture. We use the New Orleans block ice shaver, which turns a 10-lb block of ice into fine fluffy refreshment. We offer in addition to 9 traditional flavors (strawberry, grape, cherry, pina colada, lime, green apple, tiger’s blood, blue raspberry, and watermelon), all natural flavors which are made with fruit puree and pure cane sugar as well as sugar-free options.
